
Job description
The Residential Support Worker provides support to clients living with mental illnesses in a Program residence or independently in the community, increasing their independence, dignity, and self-respect. The role involves building a rapport with each individual, providing coaching or mentoring, and supporting daily living activities such as hygiene, medication management, and cooking.
