Business Development Manager, Molecular Dx

Lighthouse Lab Services is seeking a Business Development Manager to join its Sales team, specializing in Molecular Diagnostics testing. This role focuses on expanding market presence and driving sales of their Laboratory Management offering to Physician-Owned Labs (POLs) in the Texas area. The position requires a strategic thinker with deep industry knowledge and a strong sales acumen.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience demonstrating success in outbound sales to specialty physician practices
• Strong sales acumen
• Extensive network of contacts within the target markets
