Requirements

• Minimum Experience: Executive
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in electrical construction or a related industry
• Proven record leading a business unit or large division with P&L responsibility exceeding $100M
• Proficiency in enterprise systems such as Workday, Procore, Power BI, and Microsoft Office Suite
