Project Manager (Electrical)

Requirements

• Manage projects to ensure work is completed on schedule, within budget, and at a high level of quality
• Produce SOVs, submit billing, approve invoices, and review job costs
• Perform routine site visits to identify and communicate issues related to scope changes, schedule conflicts, material shortages, etc.
• Manage the BIM process from estimate to prefabrication and site delivery
• Ensure effective and timely management of the RFI process
• Manage subcontractor relationships and ensure project schedule, scope, and safety expectations are communicated
• Participate in employee performance evaluation process
• Direct project closeout, punch list completion, record drawings, and demobilization
• Assist in cultivating new business relationships and maintaining existing customer relationships
