Project Controls Specialist

We're seeking a Project Controls Specialist to join our Business Performance team in our Canonsburg, PA office. This position plays a vital role in helping Lighthouse deliver projects efficiently and profitably by tracking productivity, monitoring costs, and providing accurate performance data to project and executive leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Construction Management, or two (2)+ years of related experience.
• Knowledge of job cost accounting principles and project financial tracking.
• Experience with accounting or project management software (Workday preferred).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong overall computer skills.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and multitasking ability.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Understanding of building construction or electrical construction processes (preferred).
• Self-motivated and proactive approach with the ability to meet deadlines.
