Requirements

• 3–5 years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial reporting, or a related area.
• University degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• CPA and/or MBA (completed or in progress) are considered an asset.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful insights.
• Solid understanding of financial planning processes, forecasting, and data modeling.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with strong reporting and presentation capabilities.
• Experience with ERP and reporting tools (e.g., Oracle, Power BI, EPM systems) is preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and present insights clearly.
• Experience in a regulated or operationally complex environment (e.g., healthcare, pharma, manufacturing, CPG) is an asset.
