Requirements
- Completed HBO or WO degree in a relevant field (Economics, Finance, Business Information Management, Technical Business Administration, Business IT / Analytics)
- At least 2 years of experience as a Business Intelligence Specialist or Data Analyst
- Proven knowledge of Power BI and Power Apps (experience with GCP and SAP is a plus)
- Experience writing queries in SQL and/or Python
- Experience creating dimensional data models (e.g., using UML; relational modeling is a plus)
- Ability to gather business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional, concrete data requirements
- Experience with agile methodologies (such as Scrum)
- Strong motivation to make an impact within the aviation industry
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with various stakeholders and remain focused on results
- Ability to translate technical requirements into usable insights for a diverse audience
- Critical and eager-to-learn mindset regarding what is requested and what is delivered
- Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English
- Hands-on mentality with a structured way of working
