Workplace Experience Coordinator (Part time)

KAYAK is seeking a Workplace Experience Coordinator for our Kaunas office to create exceptional in-office experiences that help teams connect and collaborate. The role involves running daily office operations, creating an inclusive workplace, managing supplies and vendors, and coordinating food and beverage needs.

Requirements

• Proactive, highly organized approach and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• People-first mindset with strong interpersonal skills; friendly, professional, and service-oriented
• Office or operations experience in a fast-paced environment is helpful but not required
• Strong verbal and written communication and time-management skills
• Availability to work primarily onsite at the Kaunas office, with occasional work in Vilnius
• Comfort using Google Workspace and Slack; experience with Canva or similar tools is a plus
• Experience coordinating events, catering, and vendor relationships (any level)
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English (C1 level), with excellent verbal and written skills
