Warehouse & Receiving Lead

The Warehouse & Receiving Lead is a full-time role in our Oakland Warehouse. They will be responsible for receiving, organizing, packing out and maintaining cleanliness and order of all inventory for the Snacks & Drinks team.

Requirements

• Primary receiver for all incoming deliveries
• Work with the manager to coordinate vendor communication and product sourcing
• Assist in ordering of inventory, processing invoices, and customer orders
• Maintain a clean and organized inventory of all products in the warehouse following all food safety and FIFO guidelines
• Cycle counting of all warehouse inventory dry goods, perishables, compostables and cleaning supplies
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse at all times
• Code and Input all invoices accurately into the appropriate spreadsheets and inventory systems
