Line Cook / Receiver

The Line Cook / Receiver position is responsible for ensuring that all deliveries of product for the kitchen are received and stored properly, and supporting the commissary kitchen team with any prep and production needs.

Requirements

• Daily execution of all hot/cold food prep, hot line, and grab & go production
• Assist with execution of lunch daily
• Execute dishes of multiple cuisines from start to finish, with a sense of urgency
• Primary lead on tasking and completing opening and closing checklists
• Ensure time, temperature, and labeling standards are achieved
• Participate in daily staff meal production
• Lead and manage all receiving and proper storage of all BoH Daily Deliveries
• Clean and organize all storage areas
• Assisting with other Received items for Snack & Drink Team as needed
