Client Manager - Financial Institutions Group - Specialty Finance & Asset Management Investment Banking Coverage - Vice President

As a seasoned Investment Banking professional, you'll develop strong relationships with corporates and financial institution clients, working across different products, including mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings, loans, and equity capital and debt capital raises. You'll act as the primary client point of contact, overseeing deal negotiations, reviewing analytic work, and managing risks.

Requirements

• Prior work experience in an investment banking front office role.
• Experience in training junior bankers
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Very strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Adaptability, able to manage projects independently and be ready to assume a high level of responsibility as a member of a team
• Ability to comfortably interact with clients in a professional and mature manner
• Excellent understanding of financial, legal and reputational risks facing large integrated investment banks in today's environment
