Asset Servicing Analyst

We are hiring an Asset Servicing Analyst to support our growing business with a primary focus on the Private Bank Tax Smart Long/Short margin corporate action function. This role is designed for a candidate with relevant operations/asset servicing experience who can bring an innovative mindset, strong ownership, and the ability to deliver first-class service in a deadline-driven, control-focused environment.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Operations Banking and securities/investment products experience
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills; ability to work on a team in a deadline driven environment
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; takes ownership to accomplish goals
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively across multiple teams
• Meticulous attention to detail; strong intellectual capacity for process improvements
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Knowledge of operating/compliance standards and audit requirements; acute awareness of high-risk areas and key controls
