TRAINING SUPERVISOR B SHIFT

Job Title: Training Supervisor B Shift. Location: Cactus, Texas. Job Description: We are looking for a Development & Retention Supervisor with a Lean mindset to support our organization's lean culture. Responsibilities include coordinating training, conducting PST, HOT, and Management training, and overseeing production trainers.

Requirements

• Minimum High School diploma or GED
• Minimum 3 years production experience
• Knife and Steel handling experience
• Certified to teach various topics such as 360 Solutions, BWE, Hands on Training
• Computer skills: MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Kronos, IVIS Plus 500 (ID maker)
