QA TECHNICIAN 3RD SHIFT

JBS Prepared Foods is seeking a QA Technician to work on the 3rd shift. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintaining sanitation programs, inspecting products, and reviewing documentation. They will also be responsible for supporting various audits and ensuring staff follow GMP requirements.

Requirements

• Work with the sanitation supervisor in maintaining various components of the sanitation program
• Inspecting retained products to ensure they have been produced to product specifications
• Reviewing daily documentation for accuracy and compliance
• Assist with 2nd shift end of shift tasks and 1st shift start up tasks
• Support of various audits: SQF, P12, customer
• Ensure all staff within the facility follow GMP requirements
• Monitor various smokehouse operations for compliance
• Monitor facility for temperatures and site security concerns
• Inspect and release maintenance work upon completion
• Department Inventory tracking
