Program Manager - Strategy and Innovation Collections

We are seeking a strategic and innovative Program Manager to lead and enhance our collections initiatives. The role requires cross-functional collaboration to maintain quality and performance in our collections processes.

Requirements

• Analyzing the collections funnel to identify and implement initiatives that improve efficiency and align with strategic goals
• Developing and managing budgets for projects to ensure financial accountability and achievement of established goals
• Presenting regular updates to management on collections efficiency, including Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for any deviations from the status quo
