Organizational Change Management- Principal Consultant- Life Sciences Sector

We are looking for a Principal Consultant with experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM) to join our Life Sciences Sector team. The role involves proactively managing transformation, change, and digital adoption for large-scale transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in delivering change in the Life Sciences vertical sector and experience in delivering OCM on IT-enabled business transformation programs.

Requirements

• Change Management professionals with consulting experience
• Strong background in delivering change in the Life Sciences (LS) vertical sector
• Experience in delivering organisational change management on IT-enabled business transformation programmes
• Experience in one or more of these change management areas: Communication management; Business Readiness; Organizational Design; Benefits Realisation; and Training & Development
• Experience in stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience
• Experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences
