Requirements
- 5 + years of production and programming experience in content-lend industry events and conferences
- Experience managing people, with a proven ability to mentor, guide and develop team members
- 5 + years of experience producing conference content
- Demonstrable experience leading the strategic direction of an event or series of events
- Strong research and stakeholder management experience
- Strong organization, communication, leadership and teamwork skills
- Experience managing projects to tight deadlines
- Project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects at the same time
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to identify emerging trends and take advantage of them
- Commercial acumen: budget awareness and experience working with event sponsors to drive revenue
- Leadership qualities and self-motivated to drive event vision in line with business goals
- Knowledge of real estate and wider financial markets is desired but not essential
- Experience managing people is desired
