impact.com is seeking an experienced Marketplace Networks Segment Manager to drive growth through strategic partnerships with affiliate networks. The role requires deep industry expertise, strategic thinking, team leadership, fraud monitoring, and business development acumen.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnership management, or network operations
- Proven track record of developing and executing partnership or network strategies
- Deep understanding of affiliate subnetwork operations, fraud patterns, and industry best practices
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into operational plans
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze large datasets and identify trends
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to balance multiple priorities: strategy development, team leadership, client success, fraud prevention, and growth
- Bachelors degree, or equivalent experience, in Business, Economics, or related field
