Job Description
Immediate is seeking a DevSecOps Engineer to join their growing Platforms & Security team. This hands-on role focuses on securing platforms, products, and infrastructure, embedding security throughout the software delivery lifecycle. The ideal candidate will combine DevOps best practices with modern security engineering approaches and work closely with developers, QA, and product teams.
Requirements
- Strong background in cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred)
- Proven experience with CI/CD automation and infrastructure-as-code
- Proficiency in containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Solid understanding of security frameworks (CIS, OWASP)
- Experience with application and infrastructure monitoring
- Knowledge of Linux-based systems
- Strong grasp of networking and security protocols
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
- Disaster recovery process and GDPR
