ID.me is seeking a Senior Strategic Account Manager (SAM) to lead the health, retention, and expansion of State, Local, and Education (SLED) accounts. The role requires 7-15 years of experience in Public Sector account management or sales, with a proven track record of managing multi-million dollar SLED portfolios. The SAM will be responsible for quota attainment, land and expand strategy, upsell execution, renewal and retention excellence, and strategic account governance.
