Manager, Bankruptcy

Manager, Bankruptcy: Oversee all activities for the Bankruptcy floor, create strategies to support achievement of Bankruptcy goals, and lead coaching sessions to improve performance and personal effectiveness. Collaborate with other departments to achieve a seamless customer experience. The role requires 5 years auto finance experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and working knowledge of call center technology.

Requirements

• 5 years auto finance experience
• Experience leading high performing teams
• B.A. or B.S. degree in Business or Finance
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong listening and interpretation skills
• Highly organized and attention to detail
• Understanding of team dynamics and techniques to build strong teams
• Forecasting and data mining skills
• Working knowledge of call center technology
• Intermediate MS Excel skills
• MS Access knowledge
