Job description
Horizon Services, Inc. is a nonprofit established in 1974 that offers addiction treatment with the goal of reducing substance use and mental health related challenges for people from all walks of life. The LVN I, II, III is responsible for screening participants for appropriateness who wish to enter the Recovery Station for current and/or potential medical problems, mental health issues, withdrawal, and referring for definitive medical/Mental Health care when appropriate.
