Manager, Sales manages one or more real estate sales office(s) to meet objectives for profitability and growth by recruiting, developing, training and retaining an effective sales associate and office support team.
Requirements
- Recruiting and selecting staff
- Implementing and managing programs and practices to meet or exceed operating objectives
- Executing programs and practices to achieve affiliate businesses' goals and initiatives
- Developing and maintaining strong partnerships with affiliated services staff
- Communicating, implementing and supporting company programs, initiatives, changes, and information to agents and staff
- Displaying positive commitment and loyalty to the company and brand
- Managing staff, including recruiting, selecting, training, developing, evaluating, coaching, motivating, scheduling, supervising, and administering salary
- Providing timely and accurate reporting and information as requested by corporate departments and/or as needed for effective management
- Attending company meetings and events
- Developing and executing strategies and activities to recruit and retain new and experienced independent contractor sales associates
- Developing and executing regular coaching, mentoring, business planning and similar activities with sales associates to achieve high technical and sales knowledge, performance, and success
- Providing timely and effective support to sales agents related to all areas of real estate transactions
- Helping agents resolve difficult transaction issues and coaching agents on difficult customer and sales issues
- Organizing and leading effective office sales meetings
- Achieving high sales associate participation and satisfaction in training and education programs and initiatives
- Implementing office activities and community outreach to create positive office morale and community exposure
- Maintaining a positive and motivated office environment through good communications, strong sales associate and staff relationships, and office events and programs
- Minimizing and effectively resolving sales associate and staff conflicts or complaints
- Maintaining high visibility and availability for sales associates and staff
- Actively participating in community activities, local and state board of realtors
- Developing and maintaining knowledge of all applicable company policies and procedures, real estate regulations and guidelines, and industry market information and trends
- Ensuring staff compliance with all applicable company and regulatory policies and procedures
- Performing other duties as requested or as needed to fulfill the purpose of the job
