Maintenance Supervisor| RTA

The Maintenance Supervisor at the SITE/BUILDING manages maintenance, sanitation, and ensures quality janitorial services of the building. The role is responsible for executing national and local policies and procedures, which assure that the physical assets, machinery, buildings, grounds, and servicing utilities are optimally maintained in both appearance and function.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Seven years’ experience in multi-family (apartment or hotel) maintenance
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word and Excel
• Ability to plan, organize and supervise an effective maintenance program
