Case Manager - Bilingual | JCA

Case Manager provides case management support services to residents living in permanent supportive housing for Single Adults formerly experiencing homelessness.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Fluency in Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, Russian, or another language
• Two years of experience in the provision of social services or equivalent experience
