Production Specialist

As a Production Specialist at Bring a Trailer, you'll prepare auction listings, coordinate with sellers and internal teams, and provide high-quality customer support. You'll manage a high-volume pipeline of listings, track listings through internal systems, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a smooth transition from listing creation to auction launch. You'll contribute to special projects and process improvements as needed.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in customer support, content production, technical writing, automotive services, or a related field
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset and a professional, approachable communication style
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and build trust with stakeholders
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate challenges independently while knowing when to escalate
• Interest in or knowledge of collector cars and automotive culture; hands-on automotive experience is a plus
• Adaptable, proactive, and eager to support evolving team and business needs
