
Job description
The Health Federation of Philadelphia is seeking a CRS Field Navigator to support the Philadelphia Department of Public Health's Substance Use Prevention and Harm Reduction Division. The individual will provide support to the Division's effort to foster resilience in neighborhoods most affected by substance use, engage community members with ongoing concerns, and support B2B participants with access to resources.
