Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor is a working supervisor who assists the Plant Engineer and Director of Maintenance in managing all aspects of routine and preventive maintenance of equipment and systems throughout the campus.

Requirements

• Conduct surveys of facilities to develop and assign daily, rotating, periodic and annual maintenance schedules for all maintenance staff.
• Perform repairs and/or replacement of HVAC, electrical and plumbing fixtures, valves, devices and appliances as required.
• Directly supervise HMC Building Mechanics and Maintenance Technicians, outside contractors and temporary/on-call maintenance support staff in performance of daily periodic, annual and special maintenance assignments.
