Investment Associate (Toronto)

HarbourVest is seeking an Associate in Toronto to sit on both the firm’s Direct and Primary Investment Teams. As an Associate, you will be at the forefront of evaluating funds and companies, engaging in sourcing, due diligence and investment management, and managing our investment portfolio.

• Academic inclination in finance, business, or accounting
• Strong quantitative, analytical and Excel skills
• Effective communication skills to articulate ideas with clarity
• Extreme level of maturity and ability to multi-task with little direct supervision
