Practice Leader Civil Engineering

H2M seeks a dynamic Municipal Practice Leader to grow, develop, support and enhance our services work in a Doer-Seller role. The successful candidate will provide project management expertise, business development, client relationship management and coordination of municipal civil engineering services within our Windsor, CT office.

Requirements

• Grow, develop and lead H2M civil engineering related initiatives to expand and diversify the company’s municipal client base
• Collaborate with market/BD/discipline leaders within the firm to further develop and enhance client relationships with municipalities
• Maintain and develop relationships with a diverse group of existing and prospective clients
• Provide technical leadership and oversight on the management of projects
• Motivate, manage and mentor civil staff in CT and other areas to support the growth of the civil discipline
