Supply Chain Manager

Great Dane is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to protect manufacturing capacity, ensure production schedule integrity, and reduce inventory levels. This role is responsible for Lean Manufacturing strategies, material flow, and supplier management. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and have strong communication skills.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Engineering or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience: 8-10 years of progressive levels of responsibility within Supply Chain Management and/or Manufacturing.
• Skills: Organized, attentive to detail and record keeping skills.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Problem solving skills.
• Demonstrable leadership capabilities.
• Certified practitioner in either ISM (CPSM) or APICS (CPIM or CSCP)
• Experienced in a heavy industrial environment that used Lean Manufacturing concepts in daily continuous improvement activities.
• Experienced in multi-plant ERP environment, preferably JDE.
