Customer Service Representative

Make a difference as a Customer Service Representative by ensuring customer satisfaction, handling customer calls and correspondence, and selling Graybar goods and services. Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to handle a variety of customer situations with enthusiasm and tact
• Some retail or counter sales experience preferred
• High School education
• 2 year or 4 year degree preferred
