Requirements
- Building, maintaining, and developing relationships with existing customers, key accounts, and new customers based on the hotel's sales strategy with a focus on the Entertainment & Government segment
- Preparation, coordination, creation, and follow-up of offers, contracts, and individual inquiries
- Expansion of your own network through regular customer meetings and our regular guests
- Proactive implementation and monitoring of sales KPIs and reporting to the Assoc. Director of Sales & Director of Sales & Marketing
- Active participation in sales calls, customer meetings, site inspections, familiarization trips (FAMs), trade fairs, and industry events
- Preparation and care of customer events in accordance with the budget guidelines
- Regular planning and implementation of sales-promoting measures
- Active and planned customer advertising with the aim of maximizing event and group sales
- Implementation of marketing actions and promotion of our customer loyalty programs
- Identification of market opportunities and new business fields
- Operational support with booked business (e.g., internal handovers, coordination with operations, customer care before, during, and after the event) - also in dynamic or short-term situations
- Observation of competitors and market trends, as well as derivation of recommendations for strengthening the competitive position
- Price finding in consultation with the Yield Team
- Contribution to the creation of offers and contracts, acceptance and qualification of event and group inquiries, as well as care of corporate regular guests
- Close cooperation with the sales teams of the Hyatt Hotels in Germany, as well as with the internal event sales team
- Help with the introduction of new staff members, apprentices, and interns
- Maintenance of a structured and up-to-date CRM system, including reporting on accounts and performance
- Taking on special projects
- Prioritizing tasks and themes safely in a demanding, time-critical sales environment
