Requirements

• 5-10+ years of experience in pricing, commercial strategy, or finance in a law firm or professional services environment
• Professional working experience in Business Strategy or Management Consulting firm highly desirable
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate ambiguity
• Strong commercial acumen with a passion for value—not just rates
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills
• Excellent analytical and business problem-solving skills
• A strategic thinker who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves
• Drive, ambition, and initiative to help grow Goodwin's business
• Self-starter, highly organized and detail-oriented go-getter able to manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment
