Coordinator, Legal Recruiting

Join Goodwin's Global Operations Team and make a real impact on a global scale. As the Legal Recruiting Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to the Legal Recruiting Team and Hiring Partner to attract, recruit, and hire highly qualified law students and experienced attorneys.

Requirements

• Maintain the recruiting database (LawCruit)
• Support the Legal Recruiting Manager in all phases of lateral recruiting
• Assist with law school and summer associate recruiting
• Help manage the Summer Program for our Philadelphia and Washington, DC offices
• Coordinate interviews for all candidates
• Draft and distribute offer and rejection letters
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth onboarding for new attorneys and summer associates
• Provide general administrative support to the department
