Revenue Operations Manager

Revenue Operations Manager to help build the operating engine behind growth at a fast-growing SaaS company. The role involves creating infrastructure, workflows, and automation to make GTM teams faster, sharper, and more scalable. The ideal candidate has strong operational instincts, CRM and workflow design experience, and comfort with automation and reporting logic.

Requirements

• A systems and process builder with strong operational instincts and enough commercial judgement to understand what matters and why.
• Strong CRM and workflow design experience.
• Comfortable with automation, reporting logic, and GTM tooling.
• The ability to translate messy business problems into scalable processes.
• Confidence working cross-functionally across commercial, finance, and operational teams.
• A practical, high-agency mindset and excitement about using AI and automation to create leverage.
• Obsession with data quality to be able to translate pipeline into inputs for FP&A.
• Experience with sales forecasting, tracking, and reporting.
• Have a track record of using AI and automation tooling to materially improve operational efficiency, reporting, forecasting, lead routing, sales enablement, or decision-making.
• Comfortable operating in modern AI-native workflows using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Clay, Zapier, n8n, low-code tooling, etc.
