Financial Controller

Join Goodstack as a Financial Controller to help scale processes, unlock insights, and keep the business financially sharp. As a key member of the team, you will set up new processes, policies, software, and reporting structures to ensure the business is running efficiently, compliantly, and smoothly.

Requirements

• Full qualification as an accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with 5+ years of post-qualification experience in a senior accounting position.
• Demonstrable experience in a senior finance role, must be from a start-up or scale-up recently.
• Comfortable rolling up your sleeves and working independently.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to deliver in a fast-moving environment.
• Excellent communicator with great organisational skills; you’ll be able to communicate complex financial information to non-finance colleagues confidently and in an accessible way.
• A collaborative mindset and enjoy working with teams like Product and Engineering to design, build, and improve processes.
• Hands-on experience with Xero, Google Sheets, Payhawk, and Hubspot (preferable).
