Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to drive top-notch guest experience while facilitating store-level tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising employees, providing excellent customer service, and adhering to safety and security policies.

Requirements

• Supervise employees and ensure they are performing job duties
• Coaching employees and providing constructive feedback
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience
• Adhere to safety, security, quality, and store operations policies
• Operate point of sale and maintain proper cash levels
• Ensure store housekeeping functions are completed
• Address inquiries and complaints from guests
• Check in external and internal vendors
