HRIS Manager

The Fay Group is seeking an HRIS Manager to join their team in a hybrid work schedule in either Farmers Branch, TX or Tampa, FL offices. The role is responsible for the day-to-day management and optimization of HR systems and reporting tools, and requires strong project management skills, technical expertise, and a consultative approach to process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
• 5+ years' progressive experience in Human Resources with direct experience managing HRIS operations
• Extensive hands-on experience with UKG or comparable HRIS platforms
• Strong project management skills with demonstrated experience leading initiatives across a distributed organization structure
• Direct experience supporting diverse business functions; a broad base of experience in Human Resources, to include previous HR Generalist/ Business-facing experience
• Prior experience with HR transformation within small to mid-size companies
• Strong compliance orientation; experience identifying and implementing quality measures and controls
• Technically adept with a strong systems orientation; able to understand, evaluate, and optimize HR technologies and workflows
• Proven ability to lead and manage complex projects involving multiple variables, tight deadlines, and cross-functional stakeholders
• High learning agility with the ability to learn and integrate multiple variables, make connections, and identify/ implement successful solutions
• Consultative and collaborative work style
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships across the organization
• Strong analytical skills; solid decision-making abilities coupled with sound judgment

• Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
