Corporate Account Director - Central

Genmab is seeking a Corporate Account Director to develop customer-specific strategies to optimize patient access for Genmab products at strategically important hospital accounts. The role requires a minimum of 15 years of experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry or related healthcare field, with expertise in launching new medications into the provider-administered market. The candidate will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to lead the development of a coordinated engagement strategy for Population Health Decision Makers and influencers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is required, and an advanced degree is a plus
• A minimum of 15 years of proven success in biotech/pharmaceutical industry or related healthcare field
• Minimum of 5 years’ combined experience in market access account management (corporate accounts, GPO, payer accounts) and/or sales leadership
• Experience in obtaining access for oncology buy and bill products at complex health systems
• Expertise in launching new medications into the provider administered market (buy/bill) including understanding of full pharmacy operational requirements from purchase to patient administration
• Comprehensive understanding of health system formulary decision-making processes, management and key personnel involved
• Advanced knowledge of reimbursement and access related to provider administered (buy/bill) products including influence of pathways, payer coverage, reimbursement policies and processes, patient services, and contracting
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills required
• Willingness to travel up to 75 percent of time
