Requirements

• Manage and lead in a multiunit capacity
• Provide and model best-in-class guest service
• Support the total shopping environment
• Recruit, interview, hire, assess, develop, and retain high-performing associates
• Maintain store records/files in a neat and organized manner
• Conduct merchandise counts/inventories and communicate discrepancies to District Manager
• Process defectives/recalls and stock pulls accurately and promptly
• Maintain awareness of associate and guest safety
