Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a portfolio of construction projects, each valued up to £20m, and provide leadership across multiple schemes, supporting and guiding up to four site‐based Project Managers while working collaboratively with a wide range of internal and external partners.

Requirements

• Leadership & Team Culture: Lead and oversee a portfolio of projects, providing clear direction, support, and accountability.
• Health, Safety & Wellbeing: Ensure the principles of CDM 2015 and relevant legislation are applied consistently.
• Planning, Design & Pre‐Construction: Work collaboratively with designers to ensure designs are safe, buildable, inclusive, and achievable within agreed timescales.
• Commercial & Project Delivery: Work closely with Commercial and Risk teams to manage costs, opportunities, and project risks.
• Stakeholder, Performance & Reporting: Support recruitment and onboarding of project team members in line with resource plans.
