Global Supply & Sourcing Manager (Shenzhen)

Join Formlabs as a Global Supply & Sourcing Manager to build a robust and adaptable supply chain, optimize production line performance, and shepherd new products through NPI and launch. As a seasoned engineering manager, you will oversee APAC program management, purchasing, and sourcing functions, manage a team of supply chain professionals, and build partnerships with critical suppliers.

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on manufacturing experience of consumer products
• Background in lean supply chain planning and methodologies
• Expertise in contracts, price negotiation, performance metrics, and oversight of contract manufacturers
• Fluency in English and Mandarin
• Programming proficiency, particularly Python (bonus skill)
• 2D or 3D print industry experience (bonus skill)
