Electromechanical Test Engineer (Dongguan)

Join Formlabs to reinvent an industry and build the best team. As an Electromechanical Test Engineer, you will focus on improving yields and efficiency of in-line test routines, work with suppliers and engineers to debug failures, and provide solutions in NPI.

Requirements

• Troubleshoot and explain Formlabs defined test functions to manufacturing partners
• Support new product development and ensure designs have been reviewed for manufacturability, test, and quality
• Work with EMS suppliers to define and implement manufacturing tests for electrical hardware and software
• Monitor product/system tests on site at manufacturing partners
• Create and maintain test documentation and work with Factory Software team to debug and troubleshoot new tests
• Reduce test cycle times via process improvement and test optimization
• Support installation and bring up of test related hardware and computers
• Write queries to support manufacturing yield dashboards and data collection
• Assist in developing and updating test documents and standard operating procedures
