Chief of Staff to the SVP of Sales

We're seeking a highly motivated and strategic Chief of Staff to serve as a force multiplier for our SVP of Public Sector Sales.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Management Consulting or 5+ years of experience in a highly analytical Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Chief of Staff role
• Exceptional ability to synthesize complex information, create clear models/presentations, and articulate strategic insights to C-level executives
• Proven track record of managing projects, enforcing organizational cadences, and driving accountability across a remote or decentralized team
• World-class written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated experience in executive-level preparation and presentation design
• Ability to build strong relationships across departments (Legal, Finance, Product) and influence outcomes without formal reporting lines
• Deep understanding of B2B/Enterprise sales cycles, deal execution, and forecasting methodologies
