Team Lead (Event Management)

FIRST is seeking a Team Lead to collaborate with a Team Manager and provide on-the-ground insight into client business, offer strategic guidance, and manage key client initiatives. The role involves mentoring, team leadership, client liaison, and project management. The company serves a diverse range of industries including financial services, technology, and media.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years’ event management experience, preferably in the financial services industry or a corporate environment
• People management experience
• Advanced experience of events and conferences
• Experience with venue sourcing and contract negotiation
• Experience with event and registration technology
• Extensive experience in working with and managing senior clients
• Strong leadership experience
• Client-centric approach
• Advanced project management skills
