Utah State Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Utah State Marketing Manager to join our dynamic Marketing Team. The State Marketing Manager is responsible for the overall growth of Personal and Commercial Lines Insurance for First Chicago Insurance Company and United Security Insurance Company.

Requirements

• Accountable for profitable growth and new business development goals with Independent Insurance Agencies.
• Develops new prospects and identifies emerging distribution opportunities in the territory.
• Develops a Sales and Marketing plan with agency partners which includes sales commitments within a specified timeframe.
• Conducts agency consultations by analyzing specific sales data.
• Serves as liaison for agency and company interaction.
• Provides analysis and assessment of sales results within assigned territory.
• Share responsibility for planning annual objectives for each agency, measuring and monitoring the results, and ultimately exceeding his or her annual objectives for the sales territory.
• Assist with other projects as the need arises.
