Requirements

• Manage a portfolio of provincially regulated financial institutions
• Perform risk and controls assessments
• Identify issues and take action through remediation or intervention
• Develop and maintain relationships with Boards and senior management teams
• Conduct monitoring and analysis of business practices and operations
• Lead the assessment of higher risk areas or practices
• Support critical change and a new collaborative culture
