Controller, Originations

The Fay Group is seeking a Controller, Originations to join their team. The role oversees accounting and financial reporting for Mortgage Originations, manages a team of accounting professionals, and provides strategic guidance to support team development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional certification preferred
• 10+ years' progressive experience in finance or accounting
• 5+ years' experience in a senior accounting or finance role within mortgage originations
• Previous experience managing people and leading teams is highly preferred
