We are looking for a Divisional Director of Health & Wellness to join our amazing team! This role will support a portfolio of communities in Florida and Colorado, with an expanding territory into MD and VA in the coming year. Significant travel (greater than 70%) among this portfolio will be required.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing - An RN license is required.
- Two years of professional nursing experience in an assisted living setting preferred.
- Three years of experience in a leadership role within healthcare operations or comparable management experience required.
- Current active license as a Nurse in each state he/she is assigned.
- An Administrator license or ability to obtain, if applicable, for the state(s) of assigned communities within region.
- Appearance is neat, clean, and according to dress code.
- Able to demonstrate a high level of service delivery; does what is necessary to ensure customer satisfaction; deals with service failures and prioritizes customer needs.
- Able to clearly present information through the spoken word; reads and interprets complex information; talks with residents, family members and customers; listens well.
- Able to communicate with others in a warm and helpful manner while simultaneously building credibility and rapport.
- Able to work cooperatively with a group of people to achieve goals and objectives.
- Able to be tactful; maintains confidences and fosters an ethical work environment; prevents inappropriate behavior by coworkers; gives proper credit to others; handles all situations honestly.
- Must have demonstrated ability to develop and deliver appropriate training programs.
- Ability to work independently or part of a team; ability to interact appropriately with others.
- Ability to work with supervision, receiving instructions, feedback, coaching, counseling and/or discipline.
- Must be self-motivated and cooperative, have a good attitude and be able to perform under minimal supervision.

- Ability to work varied schedules to include weekends, evenings, and holidays.
